Balerna

Promoedil of Mendrisio turned to the Diego Varan Render team for the realization of images useful to sell the apartments of a block of flats located in Balerna, canton of Ticino.

The project included 12 small-sized  apartments enriched by finishings of great value and a quiet context with a lot of greenery.

We also provided the sales office with  the service ArchWalk for a sample apartment.

The visitor who does our virtual tour will have the chance to admire the environments independently and to choose different kinds of floor and the finishings of the kitchen unit.

Here again, the exterior scenery is faithful to the real one, thanks to the photo report made in the builders’ yard using a drone.
