Client: Estravaganza

The architectural firm Estravaganza commissioned us to create the renders for its project to be proposed in the IAA Competition. So we worked on the modeling and rendering of a structure consisting of four condominiums linked together in pairs. It would be located in the Eaux-Vives district, Geneva. The two blocks of buildings were expected to house a total of 100 apartments. In this case, we only focused on the representation of the exteriors, characterized by a modern and minimal design. As you will notice in the renders, the buildings will fit in a park where vegetation takes over.
