Diego Varan Render made its first interactive virtual tour dealing with a project for a real estate signed by Urban Project of Geneva, which the office had already provided with a full service of render.

The chance to apply our service to one of the biggest and most luxury apartments enabled us to show all of the main functions of this service.

The most considerable challenges we faced were the interactive change of materials and objects, the light design and the possibility to go along the environments independently.

The final product is a penthouse that you can wholly walk along and modify, so that the potential client can have a very concrete idea of the real estate they will buy.
