Architect Guglielmo Bianchi counted on the Diego Varan Render office in order to make the renders of the exteriors and interiors of a residential building with a total surface area of 1,000 square meters. It is located in Coldrerio, a municipality in the district of Mendrisio in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland.

Firstly, the 3D exterior modelling paid great attention to the orography of the land. In this case, renders set off that the building fits into the context consistently.

From a geometric point of view, the architecture is uniform. This aspect is accented by minimalist and pale textures, such as the textures of the string courses made by visible reinforced concrete. Uniformity is set off by the accurate and monochrome furnishings as well, which contribute to the rational style of the building.
